This policy explains how Slate Foundry LLC ("Slate Foundry", "we", "us") handles personal information on slate-foundry.com and in the applications we publish. We are a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Information we collect
This website
The pages on slate-foundry.com are static. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or third-party marketing pixels on them, and we do not set cookies to identify you. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your address, your message and anything you attach. We keep that correspondence so we can answer it and maintain a record of our dealings with you.
Our applications
Applications we publish collect only what they need to function, and each states what that is at the point of collection and in its store listing. Where an application's practices differ from this policy, the policy published with that application governs it.
How we use information
- To operate, secure and improve the website and our applications
- To respond to enquiries and provide support
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf under contract: Cloudflare, Inc. for website hosting, DNS and network security, and Zoho Corporation for business email. Applications may use additional providers for hosting, crash reporting or payment processing; those are named in the relevant application's own policy.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers operate globally, so information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter it concerns and to satisfy legal and accounting requirements, then delete it. Server logs are retained on our providers' standard schedules.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California, the EEA and the UK have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and UK GDPR respectively. Write to us at the address below and we will act on your request within the time the applicable law allows. Exercising these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
Children
Our website and applications are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encryption in transit, restrict access to the people who need it, and keep credentials in managed secret storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for material changes we will say so on this page.
